Thom Artway
A new home for the Prague singer-songwriter, set like a 2026 newspaper lying on a table. Concerts, music, videos and merch, with the next show always up front.

The challenge
Thom's old site ran on Wix and aged with every album. He wanted something simple and organic that would outlast album cycles and changing artwork, and it had to be live well before his Lucerna Music Bar show on 22 November. Concerts, releases, videos and merch had to stay current without a developer, in Czech and English.
What we built
We designed the site as an issue of a Swiss-style newspaper lying on a grey table, with a ticket stub and polaroid around it. The masthead carries the issue number, a strip below it jumps straight to concerts, music, videos and merch, and the next show leads the page with its ticket button. It runs on Next.js with Payload CMS, so Thom's team edits everything in Czech. Concerts sync from Bandsintown every hour, merch ads pull products and badges from Shopify, and Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube embeds load only on click, so no third-party cookies land before consent. Old Wix URLs redirect to their new pages.
