What if my process needs more than two weeks?

Then we split it across more sprints: we agree the larger scope in the audit and tell you the fixed price for all of it before any work starts.

Will I need a new booking system?

Probably not, because where we can, we build on what you already use. In the audit we check whether your booking system can be connected, and if it can't, we'll tell you plainly before you pay for anything.

What happens after the sprint?

We hand over the finished work and then you decide whether we stop there or you move to a monthly retainer, which is how Železná koule works with us. The retainer starts from CZK 9,800 a month excl. VAT, and on it we look after what's running and look for the next process to automate.

Who owns the code, and how do I pay?

The code is yours once you've paid in full, and you pay in two halves, one up front and the other on acceptance. We keep the generic tools we use across projects, and the details are in our terms at steezr.com/terms.

Do you work outside Czechia?

Yes, and we're happy to run the whole project in English, although the price stays in CZK.
